Governance

According to the Bylaws registered with the California Secretary of State, the Hungarian Heritage Foundation of the San Francisco Bay Area is governed by a Board of Directors with the following Officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Chief Financial Officer. The term of service is four years.
